ROCK-IN-ACTION PROGRAM
At Living Rock Ministries, our Rock-In Action Program is designed to inspire movement, fitness, and wellness for youth and young families. This vibrant initiative focuses on strengthening the mind, body, and soul through physical activity, positive social connection, and community support. Whether you’re beginning your wellness journey or just looking for a simple way to stay active, Rock-In Action is a welcoming space to move, breathe, and grow—together
Weekly Activities:
- Walking Club
Mondays & Fridays | 4:00–4:30pm
Step outside, clear your head, and move your body! Our Walking Club is open to all youth who want to take a break, get some fresh air, and connect with others in a casual, supportive environment. - Stroller-Fit for Young Moms
Fridays | Morning Sessions
Young moms and their little ones are invited to join Stroller-Fit, a fun and energizing fitness session that helps build strength, foster connection, and create a positive routine—all while bonding with your child. - Summer Fun, Parks & Recreation| In July and August, we head outdoors to local parks for games, sports, and recreational activities—bringing movement and fun into the sunshine! These sessions offer youth a chance to be active, try new things, and build community in a relaxed, outdoor setting.
Everyday Wellness
Throughout our drop-in programs, we integrate simple, engaging activities that promote wellness—from group exercises to mindful moments—encouraging healthy habits that support physical and emotional well-being.
