HOW TO REGISTER

Please select one of the three payment options below to complete your payment. Regardless of the payment method you choose, kindly fill out the Golfer Contact Form.

• If you are paying for one person, complete the form for yourself. In the message section, feel free to list the golfers you'd like to play with.
• If you are paying for multiple golfers, please complete the form for each participant, filling in all the required fields listed below the payment options.

OPTION #1

You may opt to download and fill out the form and then send in with a cheque, payment to Living Rock Ministries. Please click the first button below.

OPTION #2

You may opt to send in an e-transfer to finance@livingrock.ca. If you do, please also complete the contact form with the names of  the golfer(s).
