Living Rock Ministries has provided programs that engage, encourage and equip youth towards their personal development goals for 38 years in Hamilton.
In the past year alone, Living Rock Ministries has responded to over 22,200 visits, extending crucial support to some of Hamilton's most vulnerable youth—those aged 13 to 25, who are faced with significant risk factors such as familial loss, poverty, food insecurity, substance use and mental health concerns. Many of the youth that we support, find themselves needing support navigating complex social systems related to access shelter, housing, OW/ODSP, mental health and addiction support services.
Our holistic approach ensures that no young person is overlooked. From providing essential care such as free meals and groceries to offering a continuum of supports and services for both youth and their children. Living Rock Ministries offers a wide range of pro-social activities and drop-ins, case management support to address risk factors, life skills development and hands-on employment opportunities.
Together with your support, we are providing youth with the support, education and opportunities needed, to build towards a brighter future.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The City of Hamilton is situated upon the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which was an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabek to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. We further acknowledge that this land is covered by the Between the Lakes Purchase, 1792, between the Crown and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
Today, the City of Hamilton is home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island (North America) and we recognize that we must do more to learn about the rich history of this land so that we can better understand our roles as residents, neighbours, partners and caretakers.
